About the Role:We are Zero Impact Builders, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. As part of our growing team, we are seeking an experienced Construction Laborer to join us in delivering top-notch projects.
Responsibilities:- Assist in various construction tasks, including concreting, forming, pouring, mixing, and finishing concrete structures.
- Work with electrical systems, such as conduit PVC, EMT, underground, and overhead cables.
- Install transformers and switchboards safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and potential hazards.
- Load and unload building materials and equipment from vehicles.
- Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction.
- Operate heavy-duty equipment and machinery like Bobcat, backhoe, excavator, etc.
- Build or dismantle bracing, barricades, forms, scaffolding, and other structures according to plans.
- Follow construction plans, blueprints, and instructions provided by management.
- At least 1 year of experience in general labor and construction work.
- A strong commitment to quality work and prioritizing safety above all else.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and understanding construction plans.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
