This role requires an individual who is both trustworthy and capable of working independently on smaller tasks, as well as collaborating effectively with team members on larger projects.

Key Responsibilities:

The cleaning technician will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks in office buildings and commercial spaces, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and windows through dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning.
  • Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well-stocked, including cleaning sinks, countertops, mirrors, and floors.
  • Managing waste disposal and recycling, including emptying bins and replacing liners.
  • Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Providing written reports of services performed and identifying additional cleaning needs.
  • Completing other cleaning-related tasks as required.

Work Schedule & Benefits: This position offers consistent cleaning hours from Monday to Friday, primarily in the evenings after 3 PM. Opportunities for overtime and specialized cleaning projects may be available. We offer competitive hourly wages, potential for wage increases, and effective crew management.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a cleaning role.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish and English) are a plus.
