Job Title: Converting Supervisor

International Paper is seeking a highly skilled Converting Supervisor to join our team in Sealy, TX. As a Converting Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising employees in the daily production of corrugated board and boxes, ensuring a safe work environment, and a quality product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train employees to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Lead and motivate employees to achieve high-quality results
  • Communicate operational information to all levels of the organization
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and other programs
  • Perform individual, team, and small group training on specific subjects
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Two years of supervisory and training experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills required
