We are seeking a skilled Baling and Recycling Technician to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment used in the baling and recycling process.

Salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per annum

Job Description:

The Baling and Recycling Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining balers, compactors, and other equipment used in the baling and recycling process. This individual must possess strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have experience operating heavy machinery, including balers and compactors
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50-100 lbs
