Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at The Laurels of Greentree Ridge. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, providing, and managing nursing care, services, and health education to our nursing home guests.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Care

Supervise the care and services provided by the Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)/State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs), and other team members who care for our guests.

Provide Safe and Accurate Medication-Related Interventions

Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests.

Assess and Notify

Assess the health of our guests and notify the physician of changes in status; promptly implement new orders.

Develop and Implement Care Plans

Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.

Contribute to Guest Assessments

Contribute to guest assessments (Minimum Data Set/Continuing Care Assessment) and the development of a plan of care.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state
  • CPR certification
