About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual with expertise in toxicology, pharmacology, and chemical sciences to support our product development teams. As a Principal Toxicology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance on toxicology and material selection, preparing biocompatibility evaluations, hazard assessments, and product risk assessments for medical devices and other products globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product development teams with toxicology guidance and material selection
• Determine appropriate strategies for assessment of complex medical devices or products
• Communicate toxicity testing and risk assessment results internally and externally
• Provide technical guidance to other staff groups involved with regulatory and hazard communication issues
• Maintain a strong operational knowledge of industry technologies, products, customers, and customers' needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Chemical, or Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Seven (7) years of experience in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Chemical, or Biological Sciences, or equivalent experience
• Additional qualifications include Master's degree, Ph.D., or professional certification in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Chemical, or Biological Sciences
