  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance to all clients, ensuring the highest service standards are maintained at all times.
    • Help clients make selections and assist in the try-on process.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including the terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, identifying and pursuing opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.
    • Merchandise product and maintain visual standards at all times.
  • Store Operations
    • Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
    • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and directives, including attendance, reporting, and end-of-day procedures.
Requirements
