Job Title: Server - VIP Lounge - Plum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Take guests' orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Handle cash and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Make proficient sales transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Properly check I.D.s for guests who appear to be under 30 years old.
• Demonstrate responsible alcohol service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Suggestive selling using proven techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Answer questions accurately and politely, and satisfy any needs of the guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized station, including pre-bussing and table maintenance.
• Perform opening, closing, and side duties, such as setting up and breaking down the station, refilling condiments, and cleaning ashtrays.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all table and station numbers.
• Direct guests to areas and restrooms.
• Create memorable experiences and entertain guests to create "Raving Fans".

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Display a high level of organization, attention-to-detail, and a sense-of-urgency.
• Positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests.
• Ability to move throughout the corporate office and cafes during visits.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to make repeating movements of the arms, hands, and wrists.
• Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
• Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with hand above shoulders.
• Ability to occasionally, regularly, frequently move objects up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
• Ability to travel via auto or airplane for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Practicing all general safety standards.
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance.
• Following all uniform guidelines.
• Recycling products, where possible.
• Maintaining HRC's 5 core Values and Mission Statement.
