Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive store environment, and executing operational activities to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom.
  • Execute operational activities, such as replenishment, shipment, and floor sets, to ensure customer satisfaction and size availability.
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program with customers.
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
  • Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time; climb up and down a ladder.
  • Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
Availability Requirements:
  • Availability to meet the needs of the business, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Any availability changes must be approved by the Store Manager and will be approved based on business needs.
  • Scheduled working shifts from 3-8 hours in length.
