  5. Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of event spaces, preparing for upcoming functions as needed.
  6. Complete daily assignments and side work to maintain operational standards.
  7. Collaborate with team members to uphold the Three Steps of Service without prompting.
  8. Address any Member or Guest complaints promptly, employing effective service recovery techniques.
  9. Assist with various tasks as assigned by management, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
  10. Maintain knowledge of the beverage offerings available, including wines, beers, and spirits.
  11. Adapt to changing demands and assist colleagues as necessary, embodying the spirit of teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is advantageous.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as mandated by local regulations.
  • Completion of FB Service Training is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.
  • Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Physical capability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to carry at least 50 pounds.
