C.A. Murren and Sons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team in the Atlanta area. As a Pipe Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of pipes and other infrastructure on heavy civil construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of crew members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement plans for pipe installation and maintenance, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.
- Ensure that all crew members have the necessary training and equipment to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- 5+ years of experience as a Pipe Foreman or in a similar role in heavy civil construction.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
