Job Overview

Role Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Technician II is responsible for the upkeep, management, and security of the premises, ensuring optimal operation of the facility.

Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience.

Employment Type: Part-time - 50 hours biweekly.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing the work of external contractors involved in the maintenance, repair, and protection of the facilities
  • Being available for emergency calls as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building maintenance or construction, or a suitable combination of training and experience
  • Relevant certification or license as mandated by state or local regulations for operating or repairing specific equipment in technical fields such as HVAC or building utilities is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
