Job DescriptionAs a Senior Demand Planner for our Business Operations team, you will play a key role in managing demand planning activities and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure operational metrics on demand forecasting, delivery, and inventory are achieved. This position requires a proactive, positive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the demand planning process for strategic customers, ensuring accurate forecasts and supply plans.
  • Collaborate with the headquarters team in weekly planning meetings to communicate demand changes, confirm supply plans, and review customer action items.
  • Develop and provide weekly reporting analysis, collecting data relevant to creating the revenue plan, including backlog, lead times, product lifecycle, historical sales, market trends, and sales forecast.
  • Present consensus revenue forecasts, KPI metrics, risks, and opportunities to senior leaders within the S&OP cycle.
  • Analyze and report on key inventory metrics such as ending-on-hand, days of supply targets, and aging inventory disposition plans.
  • Execute operational and revenue-related activities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes.
  • Drive root cause/corrective actions to enhance business performance.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer-facing roles within demand planning, supply chain, procurement, or account management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required, with advanced skills a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate issues, ideas, and solutions effectively.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to clearly communicate assumptions, risks, and opportunities in logical models.
  • Able to handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and business volatility.
  • Solid State Drive Storage industry experience is highly desirable.
