Housekeeping Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cleaner. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall well-being of our tenants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of entrances, hallways, and common areas
• Perform monthly deep cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, and bathroom and kitchen cupboards
• Assist with pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Complete small repairs such as painting or changing of lights as required
• Support the general maintenance of the building's exterior
• Other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software as required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
