About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, you will be responsible for providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your role will be pivotal in creating positive, lasting changes for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing individualized treatment plans to address behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
  • Providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Working collaboratively with a BCBA clinician to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting
