What We Do
">As a Mitigation Technician with Paul Davis, you will serve others within your community in their time of need. You will make a difference for others who have had a disaster strike their property.
You will work hard and take pride in completing projects, mitigating flood and fire damage, serving as a difference maker in your community.
Your Role
">- You will perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- You will focus on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck, and keeping all company equipment in good condition.
- You will be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- You will assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- You will assemble temporary equipment or structure and prepare hazardous material for removal or storage.
- You will clean and maintain equipment used in daily tasks.
- You will demolish damaged property and material.
Your Requirements
">- You must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- You must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- You must have written and verbal fluency in English.
- You must have a valid driver's license.
- You must be able to work nights/weekends and overtime if needed.
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this position is $17 - $25 per hour.
We offer 3 weeks of paid time off, 7 company-paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and disability insurance options.
Additionally, you will receive on-the-job training to develop new skills.
Working Hours
">You will work from 8 am - 5 pm, Friday - Tuesday.
