We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Scheduler/Cashier to join our team at Medical Associates of NWA. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing patient information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process incoming calls for appointments and schedule appointments in accordance with physician and department requirements
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure efficient department workflow
- Recognize and record changes in patient information, including address, phone number, and insurance
- Obtain necessary paperwork prior to exams and orders/implant information
- Have medical terminology understanding and maintain accurate records
- Equivalent to four years of high school or GED, with emphasis on office skills, shop skills, or others, plus 12 to 18 months of related experience and/or training
