We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Silver Line. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity in a Total Productive Improvement (TPM) and continuous improvement (CI) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support to production equipment, ensuring optimal uptime and quality.
  • Maintain and improve maintenance processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Perform preventive, predictive, and line call maintenance on production machinery.
  • Document all work completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
