Job Title: JCC Behavior Intervention Coordinator

At Universal Health Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated JCC Behavior Intervention Coordinator to join our team. This role is a critical part of our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Milieu Management, Crisis Management, and Crisis Response for the SBHS Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
  • Assist with management of crises at Innovations Academy and the SBHS Outpatient clinic.
  • Supervise PHP/IOP drivers and BHTs while managing internal and external PHP/IOP transportation functions.
  • Oversee crisis incident submission and data input into appropriate systems for PHP, IOP, and Innovations Academy.
  • Provide training and mentorship on behavior modification to JCC staff.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a mental health environment required.
  • A Hospital/PHP/IOP environment preferred.
  • Current CPI Certification and Milieu Management Training required.
