We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Nittany MinitMart locations.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, operate equipment with ease, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and thank them for their business.
• Suggestive selling and fulfilling customer requests with a 100% guarantee.

Fast Food Operations (Deli Locations)

• Prepare sandwiches, hoagies, and salads according to recipe.
• Operate deli and fast food equipment with precision.

Equipment Operation

• Manage cash registers, money order machines, and lottery machines.
• Operate gasoline equipment and maintain a safe environment.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Housekeeping

• Sweep and mop floors, and clean parking lot daily.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, and empty store garbage cans.

Stocking and Pricing

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with precision.
• Pricing and facing shelves to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
