Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Crescent Crown Distributing, L.L.C. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for stocking beverage products in retail accounts according to set diagrams and display standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and display beverage products in retail accounts in accordance with company standards
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to ensure excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed sales and productivity targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company products and services
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds of product repetitively
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales or merchandising role
  • Knowledge of beverage industry and products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
