About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Director to lead our fundraising efforts and enhance our mission and Catholic identity. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, securing major gifts, and managing program budgets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in philanthropy, community relations, and donor relationships, preferably in a faith-based nonprofit or parish. A Master's degree in Pastoral Ministry, Theology, or a related field is required.

This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The competitive salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
