Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and repairing various types of instruments, including brass, woodwind, orchestral, and percussion.
  • Providing detailed estimates for instrument repairs and meeting deadlines to complete work within the estimated timeframe.
  • Working on a wide range of instruments, from student-level to professional-grade instruments owned by customers or the company.
  • Delivering exceptional quality work that meets or exceeds shop standards, often at an hourly rate higher than the shop's standard rate.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, such as assisting at repair clinics or events.
