Shift and Compensation:
  • Shift: 1st shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Hourly Rate: $18
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret production schedules, customer orders, and work orders to identify items for movement and distribution.
  • Organize and position materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, or product code.
  • Manage requisitions and work orders to facilitate material requests across departments.
  • Label incoming materials with barcodes that include vital information such as item description and lot numbers.
  • Conduct weight or count checks on items to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Complete a daily forklift inspection checklist at the start of each shift.
  • Report any equipment or product damage to the supervisor promptly.
  • Request maintenance or repairs for forklifts as needed.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Follow company policies and procedures diligently.
Qualifications:
  • Successful completion of a 7-year criminal background check is required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of prior experience operating a reach forklift is essential.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment.
  • Ability to understand numerical data and apply basic statistical concepts.
