Job Overview

Baker Roofing Company is seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to lead our commercial roofing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of roofers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect work in progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
