- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of bankers to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including supervising staff, managing cash handling, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- 2+ years of banking experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
