Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, your primary duty will be to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest accommodations and shared spaces while delivering exceptional service. You will:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, polishing, and servicing guest rooms according to established hotel standards.
  • Change linens and replenish supplies, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Organize furnishings and room accessories to meet the Executive Housekeeper's specifications.
  • Ensure room security by properly closing and locking doors.
  • Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the management team.
  • Return lost items to the Housekeeping department, documenting details for record-keeping.
  • Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas, responding to requests from the Housekeeping management.
  • Safeguard pass key security and ensure compliance with hotel protocols.
  • Restock supplies and organize the linen closet at the end of your shift.

Your Qualifications
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with a year of experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security.
