About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient plans
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • TNCC - Trauma Nurse Core Course within 6 months of hire
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of Nursing experience

Benefits:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary range of $45.67 - $81.57 per hour, based on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
