Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Quest Events LLC. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, including payroll administration, benefits management, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration:
  • Process payroll, including calculating earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Manage payroll-related documents, such as garnishments and time-off requests.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
  • Benefits Management:
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other perks.
  • Manage open enrollment and benefit terminations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and brokers to ensure seamless benefit administration.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings and candidate screening.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR or a related field.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BBA or degree in HR or a related field preferred.
