Job Summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a skilled CDL Roll Off Driver to join our team. As a Roll Off Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport waste and construction debris to disposal sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a truck in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide roll-off delivery and removal services to customers on assigned routes or by work order.
  • Maintain and update route sheets, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and complete logs.
  • Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
  • At least 19 years of age.
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years.
  • No DUIs or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in high traffic conditions and tight driving areas, with possible exposure to residential and commercial waste. The ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
