Responsibilities:
  • Provide pharmaceutical management services to improve drug usage and therapeutic outcomes
  • Mentor and supervise pharmacists in training, coordinate pharmacy technician activities, and maintain liaison relationships with medical and nursing staff
  • Conduct and evaluate medication histories, assess compliance, and suggest modifications
Requirements:
  • Three years of hospital experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive patient outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree
  • Current New York State License
