Job Summary

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a skilled Mental Health Administrator to join our team in a hybrid role. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to mental health services, including management and coordination of programs and services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective delivery of mental health services.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to mental health services.
  • Develop and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks to support mental health services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mental health, social work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
