Job SummaryWe are a professional, agile, and innovative practice on the cutting edge in oral and maxillofacial surgery. We pride ourselves on superior patient care and outcomes. As a key member of our medical team, you will assist the surgeon by performing a wide range of healthcare tasks, including pre-operative examinations and evaluations, assisting during surgery, and post-operative monitoring.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital environment, providing high-quality patient care and support to our surgical team.
- Collaborate with our experienced surgeon and medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and outcomes.
- Assist with pre-operative examinations and evaluations, including patient history, physical examination, and laboratory tests.
- Participate in surgical procedures, including assisting the surgeon during operations and providing post-operative care.
- Monitor patients' post-operative progress, including vital signs, pain management, and wound care.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to potential risks and complications.
- Provide top-notch customer service to patients and their families, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.
- Valid MO license and ability to assist in the OR, including rounding on patients post-surgery.
- Experience working with surgical teams and ability to quickly identify potential risks and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
