Expand Your Practice in a State-of-the-Art Facility
Beneath the umbrella of Benefis Medical Group, we are excited to expand our primary and specialty care services in a brand-new, multi-specialty building. This cutting-edge facility will provide a collaborative environment for our medical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Position Details:
- State-of-the-Art Facility: Our new building will feature modern office and clinic spaces, radiology, lab, pharmacy, a functional ASC, and procedure rooms, as well as 16 infusion chairs.
- Flexible Scheduling: We offer full-time or part-time positions with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance, including 4-day workweeks with clinics staffed Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. No weekends, no call.
- Collaborative Environment: Our facility will provide a collaborative environment for our medical team to work together, share ideas, and support each other in delivering exceptional patient care.
- Opportunities for Growth: We offer opportunities for telehealth visits and outreach, allowing you to expand your practice and reach a wider patient base.
- Dedicated Leadership: Our dedicated leadership team is committed to supporting you as you build and develop your practice in Helena.

- Specialty Support: Our regional tertiary center, located just over an hour away, provides robust specialty support, including neurosurgery, neurology, orthopedics, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, and pulmonology, cardiothoracic, and more.
- Immigration Support: We offer support for J1 waiver or H1B transfer if needed, with a very experienced immigration team.
How We Support Our Physicians:
- Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salaries and fair production with additional incentive bonus structures.
- Generous Benefits: We provide generous sign-on/relocation bonus, annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues, 8 weeks paid time off, 5-7% retirement match + 457b program, malpractice coverage + tail, and physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development.
