Position Overview

Aquatic Instructor

Location: Noblesville, IN

No Prior Swimming Experience Required - Paid Training Provided, Including Lifeguarding and CPR Certification.

Our training program equips Aquatic Instructors with all the necessary skills to conduct effective lessons. The qualities we seek include:

  • Dependable and responsible; consistent attendance is essential.
  • No previous swimming experience is necessary.
  • A passion for having fun.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in the water for a minimum of 25 hours per week.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Availability to work at least one weekend day.
