**Essential Functions:**
* Provide quality care to residents, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
* Administer medications accurately and in a timely fashion
* Provide physical comfort and a safe environment
* Accurately complete admission and discharge procedures
* Coordinate staff and resident care to meet resident needs
* Follow all policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
* Current CT LPN license
* 2 years of full-time clinical experience in nursing
* Ability to speak, read, and write English in an understandable manner
* Comprehensive knowledge of geriatric nursing care and principles of nursing

**Pay Rate:**
* Per Diem: $30.00 p/h + shift differentials
* Flex Per Diem: $35.00 p/h + shift differentials
**Hours:**
* Per Diem: 1st: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, 3rd: 11:00pm - 7:30am
* Flex Per Diem: 1st: 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd: 3:00pm - 11:30pm, 3rd: 11:00pm - 7:30am
