Vehicle Coordinator SUMMARY
The Truck Stop serves as the check-in point for delivery drivers, guiding them to the appropriate area or lot on site. The Vehicle Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing truck deliveries at the festival truck stop and escorting delivery vehicles to designated festival locations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide delivery vehicles to assigned venue locations by operating company-provided vehicles on both public and private roads. Ensure that delivery vehicle drivers adhere to traffic regulations and avoid accidents while transporting cargo.
- Navigate to specified locations using golf carts, kubotas, or other vehicles as required.
- Minimum education level: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Experience driving utility carts is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to traverse paved, gravel, and muddy terrains.
- Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
- Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Experience in customer service, festivals, or special events.
