Vehicle Coordinator SUMMARY

The Truck Stop serves as the check-in point for delivery drivers, guiding them to the appropriate area or lot on site. The Vehicle Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing truck deliveries at the festival truck stop and escorting delivery vehicles to designated festival locations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide delivery vehicles to assigned venue locations by operating company-provided vehicles on both public and private roads. Ensure that delivery vehicle drivers adhere to traffic regulations and avoid accidents while transporting cargo.
  • Navigate to specified locations using golf carts, kubotas, or other vehicles as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum education level: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience driving utility carts is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to traverse paved, gravel, and muddy terrains.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving moderately heavy objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
PREFERENCES
  • Experience in customer service, festivals, or special events.
PAY SCALE: $25.00
