Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate all assigned pieces of equipment on the production line to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner.

  • Quality Control: Consistently perform in-process and final production quality control and verification checks to ensure high-quality products.
  • Compliance and Safety: Maintain compliance with CBI sustainability policies and practices, and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Basic math skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly bend, reach, twist, and turn, and lift up to 25 lbs.
