Job Overview

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snowmobile Guide to lead our guests on exciting winter adventures. As a Snowmobile Guide, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, and delivering a unique and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead guests on guided snowmobile tours, providing expert knowledge of the terrain and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Provide leadership and training to junior guides, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Greet guests, provide orientation, and ensure they are equipped with necessary safety gear and information.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
  • Ensure guide compliance with operations manuals and contracts, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Stay up-to-date with local ecology, geology, history, and culture, providing expert knowledge to guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness, able to withstand extreme temperatures and outdoor conditions.
Requirements
  • Training in First Aid protocols, such as Wilderness First Responder or Wilderness EMT.
  • Multi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Extensive experience guiding in snowmobile environments.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for varied amounts of time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
