Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our team at Bella Santé. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests and members.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist guests with questions regarding spa services and products
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and secure processing of their information
  • Schedule appointments with ease and efficiency
  • Maintain the retail area, ensuring it is stocked and properly maintained

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively
