HVAC Piping Superintendent

Job Summary:

Advantage Resourcing is seeking an experienced HVAC Piping Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our commercial HVAC team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of HVAC technicians and pipefitters, planning, scheduling, and managing piping installation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians and pipefitters
• Plan, schedule, and manage piping installation projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of commercial HVAC experience
• Proven experience in HVAC commercial piping projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and piping installation techniques
