Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrophysiology Technologist to join our team at Surgery Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrophysiology/vascular lab duties, maintaining the sterile field, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrophysiology/vascular lab duties, including hemodynamic monitoring, circulating, and scrubbing roles during invasive cardiovascular/vascular and basic EP procedures.
  • Maintain the sterile field and ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including patient teaching, assisting with pre and post patient assessment, and patient care within scope of practice.
  • Work effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient flow of patients undergoing cardiac and vascular procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the growth of the facility.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Previous radiologic technologist or cardiovascular technologist work experience or graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist/Technologist (CVIS) training program, RCIS preferred.
  • Licensed Medical Radiologic Technologist preferred (LMRT).
  • BLS certifications required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
