About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our team at Providence. As a key member of our cancer care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support throughout the continuum of cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient education and support to empower patients to participate in their care
  • Triage physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families
  • Offer interventions and referrals as needed to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 3 years of Oncology experience
  • OCN certification within 18 months of hire
