Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement program goals, ensuring compliance with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Collaborate with faculty to design and deliver curriculum, leveraging a blended instructional approach.
- Provide leadership and support for teaching faculty, fostering a culture of creativity, responsiveness, and self-responsibility.
- Monitor student attrition and retention data, working with college leaders to develop initiatives for improvement.
- Participate in professional development activities and in-service events to stay current in the field.
- Three years of full-time experience in a healthcare facility, with a minimum of one year of direct patient care.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local laws and regulations related to programs and accreditation standards.
- One year of teaching experience or prior training in instructional methodology and teaching skills.
- Valid, active license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), with a minimum of two years of licensure.
- Certificate of Completion in teaching methodology, or obtain within six months of hire.
- Current CPR Card.
