Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sarah Bush Lincoln. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and reassess residents' pain levels, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques and educating residents and families on pain management strategies.
- Interpret results of waived tests, taking appropriate action on test results and documenting accordingly.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' conditions and nursing needs, setting goals and prescribing appropriate nursing actions.
- Document changes in residents' conditions and nursing care on progress notes and plan of care.
- Notify physicians of changes in residents' conditions and follow through until appropriate action is taken.
- Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors.
- Submit written documentation in a timely, clear, and concise manner.
- BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
