You will also be responsible for maintaining federal and state compliance, attending meetings, and facilitating trainings for field staff. This role requires a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. * Provide oversight and assistance to field therapists
* Complete thorough and timely documentation of visits and services provided
* Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations of recipients
* Maintain federal and state compliance

**Requirements:**

* Current state OT license
* Current certification
* Valid state driver's license
* 2+ years' experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a healthcare setting
* 1+ year experience in a supervisory role
