Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Assembly Technician to join our team at Manpower Inc. in Pomona, CA. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools
  • Follow mechanical blueprint instructions to assemble machines and verify detailing
  • Clean, grind, and deburr parts that have been fabricated in welding and machine shop
  • Able to follow specific directions, read a tape measure, and distinguish between metal parts and detailing
  • Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Assembler in an industrial environment
  • Must come from a manufacturing background
  • Experience in working with large parts and equipment
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Mechanical ability and knowledge of tools
  • Ability to pass a background criminal check and a drug test
