About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality cancer care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately deliver and record radiation therapy treatments under the direction of a radiation oncologist and chief radiation therapist.
  • Enter and maintain patient treatment parameters into electronic medical records, and participate in clinical instruction of newly hired therapists and students.
  • Assist in maintaining patient appointment schedules and submitting correct billing information.
  • Make custom molds and cut blocks, and complete simple mu calculations.
  • Interpret computerized treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologies for Radiography and Radiation Therapy.
  • Valid state license for radiation therapy.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with VisionRT, SRS, and/or SBRT.
  • Experience with CT Sim.
