As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your time effectively, providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes. You will be responsible for following a designated care plan, making home visits, and performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have a current license as a Registered Nurse in MD, a minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience, and prior home care experience is strongly preferred. You will also have the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
