Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood specimens from patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing, including data entry into laboratory information systems.
  • Monitor requests for laboratory testing and ensure that all outstanding orders are accounted for.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on outpatient requisitions to ensure the correctness of data entry.
  • Sort and file requisitions in the appropriate location according to established protocols.
  • Rotate onto weekends and holidays as assigned to ensure uniform quality of laboratory services.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and an active and valid Phlebotomist license.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, with occasional rotation onto weekends and holidays.
